1. Agreement
By using windycityfilms.com or joining the Filmmaker Monthly Showcase, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Riyen Patel, doing business as Windycityfilms.
2. The Showcase
The Filmmaker Monthly Showcase is a paid membership ($16.99/mo with a 3-day free trial, or $120 one-time for the same access without the recurring charge) that includes monthly live sessions, project breakdowns and access to a community of filmmakers. Membership is billed and managed through Whop, and can be cancelled at any time from your Whop account.
3. Payments and refunds
All charges are processed by Whop. Refund requests are handled case by case. Contact us directly, or use Whop's support if you're unable to reach us.
4. Conduct
Members are expected to treat other filmmakers in the community with respect and to share only work they own or have permission to show. We can remove access for members who don't.
5. Content
Videos, photos and project breakdowns shared in the Showcase remain the property of whoever created them. Nothing you share gives us ownership of your work.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the site or the Showcase after a change means you accept the updated terms.
